Part 2: Are you thinking about what you would like to do a little (or a lot) differently in 2020?

At the end of the year, for the last three years, I’ve sent out this 5-page intention workbook. It is a small offering with a heartfelt thank you for continuing to choose me as one of your healthcare providers.

I know the words ‘intention workbook’ may not appeal to some of you. Think of it more like a guide to help make the most of the next 365 days. The exercises in this workbook are designed to help recognize, prioritize, and keep track of your goals, visions, and healthy habits for the new year. Writing them down and setting the intention to focus on specific things in an excellent way to begin 2020.

Print it. Fill it out. And keep it somewhere visible, like your fridge or night stand so you will refer back to it throughout the year.

Feel free to share it with family, friends, and your community too!

What is inside the workbook?

Set a personal care theme for 2020.
Build a plan to improve your well-being and health.
Write down your BIG goals and hold yourself accountable.
Appreciate what you already have.
Commit to an 8 week mental “cleanse” (see previous blog post).
Begin your year with a 30 day challenge.

Download your workbook here.
